Day 1: Casablanca - Fes
Welcome to Morocco at the international Airport of Mohamed V in Casablanca and direct transfer to the Imperial City of Fes.
Day 2: Fes
In the morning, we will take a guided walking tour of Fes. Fes is one of the most exciting cities in the Islamic world. The labyrinth of endlessly winding alleys, the braying of donkeys, the colours and smells of the market are all part of a single overwhelming impression. Here we visit the major and important sights. Day 3: Fes - Merzouga
We leave the crowded streets of Fes behind and travel along the cedar forests of Azrou, where we might see the Barbary apes, to the Middle Atlas Mountains to scenic Ziz Valley, till we reach the beautiful colored dunes of Erg Chebbi. Upon arrival, we exchange our vehicle for the seat of the camels and trek for about 2 hours till we reach the "oasis" of the desert, where we spend the night in a Nomad tent. (B, D)
Day 4: Merzouga - Todra Gorge - Boumalne Dades
After the sunrise, we return to our auberge to shower and have breakfast before heading to our next adventure. Today we will be traveling to the Todra Gorge, the highest oasis of Morocco. Here we have some time to appreciate the beauty before heading to Boumalne Dades. (B, D)
Day 5: Dades Gorge - Ait Ben Haddou
Morning we visit the Dades Gorge, carved by centuries by the Dades river into the red and mauve rock. Then after our visit, we travel along the Rose Valley and Skoura palm tree-lined oasis to Ouarzazate and Ait Ben Haddou. We visit this stunning Ksour from the 16th century once an important sight on the caravan routes that exchanged salt and gold. Then(B,D)
Day 6: Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech
Morning departure, we travel the beautiful Ticka Pass offering panoramic views of the Mountains. Upon arrival in Marrakech, meet with your guide who will take you on a guided walking tour of the old city.
Day 7: Marrakech
Transfer to the airport
